- Yes, we stock some items, but most styles are made to order.
+ Can I have a custom uniform made?
- Absolutely, just consider that this will increase the lead time and most likely put a minimum requirement on the order(normally 24-36 pieces).
+ Where are your uniforms made?
- We are proud to say that most of the uniforms we sell are made in the US. Some styles and raw materials are imported.
+ What are your minimums?
- Existing styles and stock items do not have minimums, but we encourage our clients to always keeping a small buffer to avoid getting stranded.
+ How fast can I get my order?
- Stock items can ship as fast as the same day.
- Orders for existing styles usually ship in two - four weeks.
- Custom orders can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months.
+ Do you make formal wear?
- We currently don't make what's considered classic formal wear, like suits, pants and jackets etc.
+ Do you carry any uniforms for men?
- Not yet, but we are working on a line of stylish mens uniforms.
+ Can I return merchandise?
Since most orders are made specifically for you we cannot accept returns, except for samples you may have purchased.
+ What are your terms?
- Custom projects require a deposit for work and sourcing.
- Unless you have history with us we ask for a 50% deposit and balance paid upon delivery.
- Existing customers enjoy 30 days net
+ What types of payment do you accept?
- Checks, cash and all major credit cards.
